It's just me. As a solo practitioner, I'm the one who gets to know your family, your baby, and your specific needs from our very first conversation through every visit that follows — no rotating staff, no reintroducing yourself to someone new each time.

That consistency is intentional. It means the care you receive is personal, informed, and built on real trust.

Daytime support is hands-on help during waking hours — newborn care, feeding support, light household help, and companionship while you rest, shower, or simply catch your breath. It's ideal for families who want guidance and an extra set of hands as they settle into new routines.

Overnight support is focused on sleep. I care for your baby through the night — feeding, soothing, and diapering — so you can get real, uninterrupted rest during one of the most exhausting stretches of early parenthood.

Many families choose a blend of both depending on their season. We can talk through what makes sense for you on our consultation call.

I recommend reaching out during your third trimester, ideally by 32–34 weeks, since postpartum care calendars fill up and I only take on a limited number of families at a time to protect the quality of care I can offer.

That said, if you're already home with a new baby and finding you need support sooner than planned, reach out anyway — I'll always try to accommodate where I can.

It starts with a short intro call so we can get acquainted and I can hear a bit about your family and what you're looking for.

From there, we schedule a full consultation to go over your needs in detail and design a care plan that fits your family. Once you're ready to move forward, we sign a simple contract outlining the details, and then services begin — with me by your side through the season ahead.
